I email my DS-3032 form to NVC at 16th Aug. Today I received a checklist from NVC where they mention that they require my DS-3032 for further procedure and tell me to sent it with the attachment of that checklist letter. After 2 hour of receiving the check list they send me another email mentioning that they receive my DS-3032. My husband called NVC and they also told that they received my DS-3032 just now. Should I response the email of NVC about check list or they will automatically updated. Can't understand, please help.

You received what we like to call a "false checklist".

There is no need to respond to the missing DS-3032. They have already accepted the DS-3032 and your case will now progress.

Thank you, I was worried if I have to email them again

When you are proactively working on your case, you can easily move ahead of these agencies. Whether it's your AOS, IV or any other steps. No need to kill yourself and just look at the checklist. If there's all you've provided (that's in the list), you are in really good hand. For mental satisfaction, call that particular agency (USCIS, NVC, DOHS, etc.) and clarify your situation. They will say the same :-) band of course sometimes these false alarm goes ON too.

Good luck

Yes, the DS-3032 can be emailed, no matter the beneficiary's country, BUT only certain countries are allowed to send scanned documents and forms by email.

For DCF (if you're DCF as suggested by your profile), I think you have to bring all those documents that NVC needs at your interview. Not sure about this.

Everybody can email DS-3032, you need not to be under the countries whom are approved for electronic system. I know this information here in VJ

:) when my noa2 goes through I shall try and email ds-3032 when time comes!

DCF process changed last year. Now the embassy has nothing to do with petitions but will only handle the interview when your done with all the paperwork with NVC. :-/ sad for us because I heard that it would have been super fast in processing if the embassy handled it from start to end.

Anyhow, blessings to everyone !!! all the best!!!

There is a USCIS field office located within the US Embassy in Bangkok, if you have been residing in Thailand for 6 months or more on a long-term stay visa or residence permit (not tourist visa extensions), then you are eligible to file the I-130 at this field office. If you file at that field office, you will bypass the NVC.

Ah, I see now, I A) didn't realize you were the beneficiary and B) didn't realize you and your husband were currently living Kuwait now (no USCIS field office in Kuwait). Anyway, if he used his Kuwaiti address on the I-130, then there is a very good chance an adjudication decision at USCIS will come quickly; on the other hand, if he did not use his Kuwaiti address, then it might be a while. Regardless, and you are already aware, there is still the NVC steps to complete.
