If you wanna have your revenge because there is nothing sweeter than revenge then you can do something about it. You feel he walked all over you, used to you get here, and left you scarred emotionally. Since you have his recordings of talking to minors sexually, take that to the police and talk to a detective, abuse against minors is a big no no and you will need some evidence which you have and then let the police and INS handle it. You dont need to prove to anyone that you are a good person.

That's what I'm talking about.

I know people say Karma is a b***ch. I disagree. Karma is a true lady that balances life out so mostly EVERYONE gets their fair share. She's the real 'divine court judge.'

This said, why can't the scam victim be his karma? Prove to him 'you messed with the wrong woman.'

At the very least, it'll leave a sour taste in his life to be served.

If there is any evidence, she should certainly put it forward.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

she provided a statement, no mention any evidence.

Him having adjusted through VAWA is hearsay, if quite plausible, for some reason she thought it could not happen without her being questioned.

Sounds like "Don't ask, don't tell" has a new meaning. SMH....

Vengence may be a subject of its own... But I've lost track here - and I'll gladly be corrected. It seems: OP submitted damning statement to DHS early on; OP is baffled by VAWA/GC adjudication - but doesn't explain who has seen it

How certain are you that VAWA was activated and GC was received?

It's all hearsay at this point, IMHO.

If that's indeed the case, then there is a VERY IMPORTANT question to membership here: how come this topic has garnered so much support?

I was trying to find helpful to immigrant information from OP or any supporting commentator - but I must have missed it completely. Where am I going wrong?

I have noticed VAWA abuse stories do that. There are lots of them.

Add Nigeria in to the equation and that she is going around a second time and it was bond to be a winner.

You mean none that suit your needs SingleDad2usc?!

What is "greening", it is not a term I am familiar with.

I'm not upset with OP: her story may be true (?) What I don't understand is motive behind all of the supporting member commentary, "greening" each other, etc. There seemed to be no serious discussion of process

What did you mean by serious discussion of the process? The only thing she can do is submit any evidence, unlikely anything will change even if she has any.

Ok, thank you for clearing that up.

bethandbilly, it's when another member clicks + on a post (often yours). Some of the most "popular" posts often have no helpful to immigrant information. Hard to understand what's going on

You are probably right; but the gist of most posts was that VAWA is wrong period. What went wrong (in facts of the case) was not seriously discussed; sounded like "interest group", supported by membership
