Hello,

Our AOS bill is showing paid and we want to send in our AOS packet but we are having some difficulty in understanding a couple of things.

Firstly, we are unsure of which route we should follow on the instructions list here (http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3197.html). My Wife (the USC) is unemployed so has zero income. Her father is going to sponsor me. On the 5th option down on the instruction page Ive linked above, does "All your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows on one or more W-2 Forms that you receive " mean the income my wife earns of just the income from her father? Or do we do option 6 below?

Next we are having some difficulties with the I-864 form itself but maybe i'll wait until my above query is resolved. Are there any example forms for the AOS (Affidavit of support)

thanks Dean

The petitioner is always the main sponsor, if they have any money or not. It seems as though she could do the I864EZ but her father would have to do the regular form as he is not the one who filed for the petition, he is just the cosponsor.
