I'm not there yet but I'm approaching 5 months....did you call the 800 number and did they order a service request for you? I would call them ASAP

180 days out seems long for the CSC... you should have been given some notice right at 150 days ( 5 months). They have been on target... I would call them and check :)

ya i called on Aug 10th and gave me a service request, n received an email on the 13th for the service request, till now no update, thats why i was wondering cuz ppl ova here been saying CSC is faster..

yup i did, i actually called them on my 5 months, then 5 1/2 months and then i called again on my 6 months n gave a service request, got the email too, hope to get an update soon,

Maybe they were using your file to prop up a monitor or something???? Doesn't look right at all? Or it was just laying somewhere! I'm curious as to what happened to it....please repost. Sorry for your delay.

they gave me a service request, last week,

We did receive an RFE though, but still, we might be one of the last Feb filers at CSC that didn't get approved :(
