definitely fake. DV winners are not offered free education, healthcare, employment etc....

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).

01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

New Interview date: 2012-02-29 : VISA APPROVED

I won that one too and I'm a US citizen. I sent in the payment hoping to get the 1 year free health insurance / 3 months free rent and I'm still waiting....LOL

Its a fake.

hmmm well it is possible that it may be a scam so yea be cautious in your investigations

The US government does not use .org. The US government only uses .gov. The US government warns against scam emails using non .gov addresses.

So, this is fake. It came from a .org.

This is not a difference if opinions with you. I and everyone else is telling you it is a scam. It is bad advice to tell the OP to look into something that is an obvious scam in light of the US government's warning about non .gov emails.

It's a fake. Don't advise people on visajourney to consider fake immigration scams. This is kansas toto, not "guyana". kapiche?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
