i plan to mail my I-485 & I-765 tommorow so i just want you guy to help me double check if i have everything in the envelop.............

1. checks [$575 in total]

2. completed I-485

3. Completed I-765

4. Copies of birth certificate, marriage licence

5. two copies of I-94 one for I-485 and the other for the I-765

6. vaccination supp.

7. four photographs

8. four sheets of G-325A

9. I-865 {with job letter, and most recent tax return transcript}

10. copy of passport

11. NOA2

NB---Please let me know if i missed anything

NB---Please let me know if i missed anything

We also submitted the following but they don't necissarily ask for but some people had got RFE's for them:

1) Copy of my wife's first marriage certificate and divorce decree.

2) Copy wife's 2003 and 2004 tax returns.

3) Copy of wife's pay stub that had year to date earnings on it.

Also I have heard that they sometimes give RFEs for not supplying US citizen proof of the I-865 Sponsor even it if is your spouse (if it is not your spouse then you definately want to include it) ... Supposidly they should already have your K-1 visa file but they don't always seem to have all of the info from that file ...
