Every time I check the timeline estimate for NOA2 it gets further and further away and every day on here we read about people waiting so long. We filed on June 1 and the estimate we were given for NOA2 was late October, then it said November, now it says December. Do you think for people filing now and in the last few months that we will be waiting even longer than those who filed in February and are still waiting?

And why is the waiting time increasing and increasing?

I'd say about 6-7 months, that's what it seems to be right now at VSC

I believe in the past the various service centres have eventually admitted defeat and offloaded petitions to the other service centre. It could well be that in this case they offload some petitions to even the balance.

Each service centre seems to take turns so eventually CSC will be slower and VSC faster

Remember that Igor's list is populated by other VJ members as they update their timelines. Not everyone is very good at doing that so you will see some inconsistencies. Also the length of time it takes for petitions to be adjudicated seems to vary. I've seen VSC and CSC go back and forth, sometimes CSC is slower and sometimes VSC is slower.

If you got your NOA1 at the beginning of June getting NOA2 in October would seem quick to most people I think. November or December sounds more likely. It is a long and painful wait but in the end its worth it. Every once in a while you'll see one approved in 4 months and then you hear about some poor soul that waited 10 months. There are a lot of factors so try not to over think it too much, it can make you crazy.

Also please keep in mind igor's list is just a prediction. Unfortunately right now there isn't a time frame with VSC, as though they are still saying (5month) but it indeed it seem like the wait will be 6-7month, until they don't come up to date they will continue to be backed up... Seem like they are knocking out K1/IR1/CR1 from Feb now and some March (very little),those who recently submitted there petition are also in for a ride unless a miracle happen where VSC will pick up overnight.... This is like trying to win the mega million at this point....

All I can say patience and in Gods hand our petitions stand!!

Good Luck to us!

Yes I agree. When I filed in March, it estimated July 17. It now says Sept 8. VJ estimates a timeframe for VSC at 184, and that keeps climbing. I am at 17-, and seem to never be able to catch up. Get ready to be patient, I would advise...

Oops sorry, posting from phone. I am at 171.
