I am a USC and filed I-130 for my younger brother seven months back. Now my father has become a USC as well. Looking at the waiting period for visa numbers, if my father filed for my brother he could become eligible a few years earlier than he would on my petition.

Do I have to withdraw the my petition before my father files I-130?

Thanks.

No, you never know what may happen, best to have both running.
