I am trying to figure out where you are coming from that you think a majority of cases are fraudulent, and you think that's normal. You shrug it off. In fact, the US Government does a pretty good job at denying the fake cases. I don't see what being a born-USC has to do with it. That doesn't make you immune from fraud - known or unknown.

Group Hug Everybody. Arms out wide and stretch...... Ahhhh isn't that better

Love the topic and the discussion.... I agree with everyone! I should run for President

Now I do agree with OP that one needs to censor items about their love life, fights etc. But with others and I know this first hand living and loving in the Philippines. One person's maturity level and airing their relationship issues may be alarming to others, but to the paritcular person and culture it may be acceptable. We need to keep in mind this Website is World Wide with many many many different cultures which is great. Contrary to what our great US Government believes, we cannot change everyone into the United State's thought and maturity or immaturity process. Once again, Group Hug time :)

@Harpa. I'm sorry if you didn't understand what I was saying. You asked if I marry for immigration benefits. I'm saying My parents are USC, I am the intending immigrant. My parents could have petitioned me but I fell inlove and decided to go that route. That should have answered your question about whether or not I marry for such benefits. Hope I made myself clearer....:)

Me personally would never come on here and talk about my relationship/ persoanl life but it doesn't mean that everybody is like me. Everyone is free to do whatever they want, whenever they want, for as long as they want. Its ain't illegal...:)

Agree!!!!

I understand your point but I disagree. Seeking support, advice and information within this community is far different than exposing a person's "short comings" and revealing intimate information via hurtful insults. That's NOT love! This site is GREAT for the information & support you receive and I will always applaud that idea.

Ms Ghanaian. I would suggest read the dirty laundry that's posted and keep it moving. IMO, people gonna post whatever they wanna post on here whether you think it's appropriate or not. That will be one less thing to be concerned about...:) Bless

I agree but just as they post such issues, I will do so as well. I am NOT trying to stop anyone from doing anything. I am simply stating my perception of such behavior and offering a different point of view. Be good!! :-)

I understand the culture differences. My fiance' is from Ghana but I think personal attacks and insults about what goes on in the bedroom is too much no matter what country you call home.

No ma'am, sometimes it's about maturity. Anger, disagreements and challenges we ALL face them. However, I would NEVER post on "VJ" the size of my man's ####### and our sexual details because I happen to be angry. So what's next, after marriage a youtube video. #IMMATURE

I think whats funny is, people come on here asking for opinions and when they don't get the opinion they want they sulk, either that or they are attacked for asking what might seem to some as ridiculous questions, but they aren't ridiculous to the OP. I think we see a lot of judgmental comments on here, yes I am guilty of it too, from every section of society and we might not always like or agree with the comments posted, but rather than carry on with the childishness we should just walk away, something I have learned to do recently. I think its time we offer true support and empathy to others that come here for help and assistant.

Thank you!!! It's ok if some of my fellow journey members disagree. I knew this post would get mixed reactions, some less favorable than others but it's all good. This is how I feel and whether popular or not I stand by my statements. The world is filled with differences so "bring it on."

True. One could think that murder is 'ok' while I don't, but 'ok' doesn't make it right either.

I thought the OP was suggesting more of an idea rather than defining what is 'wrong' or 'right'. It's just a bad idea to share deeply personal information about your SO to the world. I would personally be very hurt if my fiancee went to complete strangers looking for advice rather than communicating with me about our problems.

I said Majority... My parents are USC so if that was the case I would still be single. .

Congrats your parents are USC. Your comment above was disrespectful to most of us here. I am certain you would think different if you're parents wouldnt be 'USC', like you are something better. The MOST of the marriage you read about on here are NOT because of immigration purposes. It's because we found our soulmates and wanna be with them.

Well dear, I found my soulmate, fell inlove and got married too. I know for a fact that I didn't marry for immigration benefits. This is reality honey, There are people out there who does it and got away with. I'm not saying that people on here does it...

My apologies to anyone who was offended by my previous comment....
