See if you can find a recent download of the documents somewhere on the web or see if someone posted scans of theirs on here. (We did that for my fiance's packet.)

Good luck!

Perú's K-1 embassy packet can be viewed in our photos.

Have you asked in the India part of the forum? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/149-india/ This is Embassy specific; they all do it differently.

In addition to the previous responses, consider checking out the Mumbai consulate info page?

This same thing happened to us (but in Chile)! We're trying to contact the embassy regularly (through phone and email... in Chile email seems to be the most reliable way, India may be different). My fiance was also able to get a medical exam, and we're printing off the required forms from the internet, just in case he doesn't receive the packet in time. I also saw another person mention that their fiance was able to pick up the packets in person when they weren't received through the mail. This hasn't been offered to us yet, but we're looking into it and it may be an option for you as well.

One good thing about email is that I have documentation of us notifying the embassy that the packets have not been received. I hope that this helps at his interview, just in case the forms we find online are outdated or similar.

Good luck! Let me know if you have an epiphany on how to solve this :).
