I tried using passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com to track my passport status. It worked for me for 2 days. The third time I used it, the e-mail read: Please use a valid passport number or UID.

I called ustraveldocs call center already and they said that they have not received a report of any problems regarding this. I called twice complaining about this and they kept telling me that they have not received a report. I JUST REPORTED THE PROBLEM! Is anyone else having the same problem?
