this is what I included:

my name and date of birth

my fiance's name and date of birth

case number

question: we were concern about my fiance's address written incorrectly. So, we included his address and some directions how to get there.

their response was next day with my fiance's interview date and the option of picking up the package from the embassy between 9-10 am

Thank you for your response. I wanted to know because I want to email the embassy and ask them about our interview date because it has already been 2 weeks and their still no interview date yet. Do you think they will help me with that?

You get your interview date from NVC, not the embassy. Currently, the embassy has no idea about your case and won't be able to help you.
