Thanks for all your guys comment and help. How do i contact the consulate, when i was inquiring about the case i wasn't able to contact them by telephone? Do i need to send a letter so they can have it in writing? I don't know what to do. How do i prove that those are his intentions? We also have a child on the way, how will this affect his rights? will i have to take the child to see him? this is all so overwhelming!

Child or not, you need to decide what is best for you.. You have no need to prove anything.. if you want to withdraw your Affidavit of support, do it ASAP..

Email the Immigrant Visa Section of the Kingston Embassy and ask them how to withdraw..

Unless someone else has some experience with this.. Anyone??

I can't speak to the child custody issues, but as far as the visa, I would send them an email followed up by some sort of documentation. Seems like this is their email:

kingstonivinfo@state.gov

I'm not sure about Jamaica, but Thailand requires the subject line in the email to look like this:

IV Inquiry <case number here>

Then state your concerns in the body of the message. You can find your case number on the letter you received from NVC.

First things first, you need to decide how you wish to proceed. Protecting yourself is of primary concern. (emotionally and financially).

here is info for you should you decide to proceed.

If he already pulled the "as soon as I have the visa" card I'd take it as a negative sign.

It's not really uncommon to act out due to the amount of stress it may cause on a person. Personally, I was excited to be with my husband for good, but it also left some emotional issues because of leaving parent, childhood friends and familiar surroundings behind.

If you are sure about withdrawing the petition, then go ahead an send a letter to the embassy. If you are unsure, give it another week or 2 and see how you feel. I'd probably not tell your fiance that you are thinking about pulling the petition. If he is indeed using you, he'll most likely go back to acting loving and caring. ON the other hand, you can offer to move to his country and live there and see if he's thrilled about that. If not.. Then pull the petition instantly. You don't have to go through with that though. I would say 6 denied tourist visas is many. Has anyone else ever petioned him?

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

I don't want to get into it. It's common sense that if he never gets here, and there is no marriage, and there is no adjustment of status, I-864 is a moot point. It's almost like giving her advice on removing conditions or filing for citizenship. Cant put the cart before he horse if you will.

Ok, fair enough..

just dont want the OP to think she won't have a liabilty.. You're not wrong, just didn't want to leave the possibility of confusion.. AOS comes immidiately after marriage, so it's not really the cart before the horse.. it's inevitible..

All is ok..

Apples and oranges. ACS and the IV unit are two totally different things. If she wants to get some more pages in her passport, or get something notarized while in Kingston, then by all means, contact ACS. In your case contact the IV unit.

You guys are great! Thank you. I will contact them asap. Another question, will this affect me if in the future for some reason i decide to file another petition? Should i tell my fiance i will withdraw the petition and that he should not go to the interview? Will they tell him when he goes to his interview?

It will not affect future Petitions except you might be asked about it, otherwise no impact..

My sugestion, is dont say anything to the fiancee until you're sure the case is closed.. then let him know.. if you want..

Agreed, it's not the ACS section, contact the IV section.. ACS won't be able to help.

You should google IMBRA. In your case I don't think it applies, since it sounds like the visa wont be granted. There's a question on the I-129F about it.

Personally from what you have mentioned on this thread, I wouldn't tell him anything. Cut your losses and move on.

I don't know if anyone ever petitioned him, he never mentioned it.So if i don't tell him anything , it means i am ending everything. I am going to call him and tell him, i cant continue with him. I just feel so sad and angry of all the time and money wasted, it makes me wonder if i am really doing the right thing.

I digress and concur. But a simple email will not suffice in this case. She will have to follow up with a faxed copy of an actual letter, then she needs to send the letter (signature notarized) via mail/courier whichever she chooses. Here is a thread that discusses this. Milimelo and Pushbrk both commented there.

And FYI, AOS does not come immediately after marriage. The only requirement is to get married within 90 days. There is no requirement to file AOS within the 90 days. It is definitely recommended, but not a requirement to adjust status.

I hate giving relationship advise..

But only you know what kind of person he really is and your true reasons for questioning things.. The effort and money you put in, is nothing compared to the potential hardship you could face in a relationship with an abusive partner..

THINK IT THROUGH, dont let the lost money and time factor into your decision.. it is completely about your safety and how you feel about this guy..
