Is the Affidavit of Support Form I-134 and supporting documents i.e. check stubs necessary to ensure an RFE (request for evidence) does not occur? What are your thoughts on sending those forms along with the I129F packet even though it is not requested yet?

You don't need to submit them. Just follow the excellent guide provided in here,

We didn't get any RFE and our petition was approved in 78 days. On our 85th day, our K-1 petition is on its way to Embassy. B-)

Follow the procedures for the best result. The 134 is submitted with the P 3 prior to the interview. Sending it in as you say will ensure you will need to do it again so it is current.

No, just follow the guide here on VJ.

The I-134 will be sent after approval of I-129F (NOA2) to your fiance for K1 interview.

We had no problem in Rio for our K1. We followed the directions exactly.

Edit: If you want to see ahead to the K1 interview in Rio, check our link out.

Right now focus on sending in the I-129F correctly. This is a multi-step process.

They are not part of the I-129F petition, and won't help you in any way at all to include them with it. The I-134 and financials are not something those at the USCIS service centers that are adjudicating petitions deal with or care about. The papers will be ignored by them. You need up to date current financial information and affidavit of support form when the beneficiary has their K-1 visa interview.

Also, fill out your information correctly. Texas Service Center does not process I-129F. Once you send in your petition, you will get NOA1 and it will contain which service center your petition was forwarded to.
