Hello All,

I am in the process of sending in my answers to the RFE I had received 2 weeks ago. It was my fault we had gotten it since I didn't think they needed that much evidence and I did not provide much. Anyways I will submit the following (Everything is in both of our names):

1. Letter to USCIS

2. Identity documents

a. Both US drivers licenses

b. Social Security Cards

c. Green Card

3. Financial Records

a. Copies of Bank Statements (Joint Checking/ Savings Accounts)

i. US Bank

ii. Credit Union

b. Copies of Joint Credit Card Statements

i. Credit Union – Credit Card

ii. Chase Credit Card

c. Copies of Joint Car loan

i. Credit Union – Car loan

d. Copies of joint insurance policies

i. Current Medical Insurance

ii. Former Medical Insurance

iii. Car Insurance – For Both Cars

e. Copies of Tax Returns (all schedules and W2's)

i. 2011 – Tax Return

ii. 2010 – Tax Return

4. Residence

a. Rental Agreement

b. Cell Phone Bills

c. Gym Membership

d. Comcast Cable Bill

5. Joint Life activities

a. Travel Together

i. Las Vegas Trip July 2012

b. Pictures (Wedding (Huge Wedding 250 ppl., 50 from Germany, and pictures from the last 3 yrs together at family and social outings all the way up till last week)

c.4 Letters written by our Pastor, friend, Landlord and Brother in laws brother (a cop)

The one thing that I am unsure of is is that my wife and I lived with her parents until last August (2011), then we started renting our own place. However we did not want to change our mailing address with anything so we have ALL our mail delivered to my parents in law (they live 5min away), this is due to the following reasons:

1. There is always someone there (e.g. Retired)

2. We did not get our mailbox key at out appartment until 3 months in...due to the former renter never showing up again and landlord couldnt get key and worried former person can come by and steal mail as she was a drug addict.

3. I was awaiting important mail from USCIS and we wanted to not hassle with changing mailing address and loosing mail....

So my question is, will we have a problem because of that? Should I explain this situation in the letter that I will write under section 1 of my table of content?

We are very nervous at this point...So any help is appreciate so much.

It looks like all of the financial and support information is perfect, though evidence of shared domicile is, as you guessed, a little weak. Make sure that both of your driver's licenses have your current address.

I figure that you should be fine with that documentation though. Just focus on finding anything that has both of your names in association with your current address.

Thank you for the information. The only bill that is in both of our names and gets delivered to the adress we live at is comcast, actually on second thought we are both getting to magazines send to that address as well.... Electric bill is in both of our names and shows the current address but gets mailed to parents -in-laws address. Also the letter of landlord states we live there as well as our rental contract...

Our drivers licenses also have the mailing address on them....can i still change that tomorrow and be good?
