Hello I had a serious & curious question

This question is isn't about me. But I was curious about something.

"What happens if your wedding is called off after you receive your NOA2 or during the visa process?"

Do you have to send a letter to gov. to cancel your visa process? Do they blacklist you or you can't file a K-1 petition again?

You don't have to do anything but you should inform USCIS so that everything is tidied up. You can most certainly file another petition, it shouldn't be a problem unless you file lots or if the interviewing officer decides to ask about it and then is suspicious of a suspicious response :-)
