yes but we just need to wait and wait. i dont know what is wrong with USCIS. its 2012 now. they should be faster than that.

for me its almost 3 months.i hop me and everybody can get it soon.

my case received on August 13th.No NOA2 yet.I was wondering how to put a timeline here?

I have checked the statuses of cases after my receipt# by batches of 10-30, there are a LOT of cases (August filers) that were already approved since Oct22- Nov29.

Hopefully we all get our NOA2 soon enough..

I did the same with mine in Sept and there are a lot of approvals too....I wish they would be more consistant and do them first come first served!

I totally agree!- whether transferred from a field office or still at NBC, it still must be first-come-first-served basis (w/ exceptions for those in military/expedite cases)

+1 It really sucks knowing that you're at the bottom of the queue at CSC because your NOA1 is before August 15th (no transfer to NBC or field office).

At least there's only one more month to go before we exceed USCIS' 5-month processing timeframe and gain the right to call them up and demand that they finish our cases!

Seriously ... I don't think it is fair ! We have so called the priority date , but our cases are not processed in such order ! That is crazy !!! I saw people who filed after me got approved !! And we are July filer .. Still waiting ! ?

I finally called USCIS to see where my case actually is and they said it in the Dallas office with an adjudicator assigned on October 31st so I am hoping soon be soon!

Hi everyone, I'm in the same boat mine was sent last august 26, got noa1 after 4 days then it was transferred to Missouri and local office after a week. I'm still patiently waiting for noa2. Good luck to everyone, such a long journey.

HI VJ I'm new here. I filed the I 130 for my husband on august 23th they got it on 08-27-12 and them transferred to NBC on 08-28-12 and after 3 months yesterday got approved. Good luck everyone.
