1995: Hubby EWI

10/4/2005: Met Hubby

2/5/2005: Started dating

4/1/2005: moved in together

09/17/11: hubby went to Honduras

12/26/11: I went to Honduras first time for 37 days

1/27/12: we married in Honduras

1/31/12: I go back to USA

6/23/12: Second trip to Honduras 2 and a half weeks

7/10/12: I go back to USA

8/13/12: I 130 sent

8/15/12: I 130 delivered and signed for at 9:30 am!!!!

8/18/12: I 130 received text @ 12:20 am!!!!

8/24/12: received i797 case transferred to MO

​8/27/12: received NOA1

yes but we just need to wait and wait. i dont know what is wrong with USCIS. its 2012 now. they should be faster than that.

for me its almost 3 months.i hop me and everybody can get it soon. :unsure:

I am Tired of waiting you are right it 2012 what the hell are they doing :)

my case received on August 13th.No NOA2 yet.I was wondering how to put a timeline here?

08-29-2006,Met my handsome hubby online(A down to earth,smart and kind guy looking for a compassionate chinese girl)

05-17-2010 had wedding ceremony
05-23-2012 Got marriage certificate
08-08-2012 Sent to Chicago lockbox,CR1
08-16-2012 got text message and email.Keep waiting.No NOA1 hardcopy.So we called.
09-17-2012 about this time,got NOA1 hard copy.Priority day August 13th
04-01-2013 cool,NOA2 approved.We both very excited.

05-28-2013 After waiting for almost 2months,Just noticed The NOA2 is wrong.Called USCIS to correct it.

06-11-2013 NVC recieved

06-24-2013 GUZ casefile number assiged

06-25-2013 Pay AOS fee,DS-3032 OPTIN email sent

07-11-2013 OPTIN accepted,Got GZO number

07-15-2013 Got IV fee email

07-16-2013 Paid IV fee

07-19-2013 AOS set sent

07-22-2013 DS-230 IV set sent

08-10-2013 Checklist cover letter

08-13-2013 Sent back the correction AOS

09-25-2013 Checlist cover letter again.But said no need to send back to NVC.just correct it and take to Interview

I have checked the statuses of cases after my receipt# by batches of 10-30, there are a LOT of cases (August filers) that were already approved since Oct22- Nov29.

Hopefully we all get our NOA2 soon enough.. :whistle:

I did the same with mine in Sept and there are a lot of approvals too....I wish they would be more consistant and do them first come first served! :bonk:

I totally agree!- whether transferred from a field office or still at NBC, it still must be first-come-first-served basis (w/ exceptions for those in military/expedite cases):thumbs:

+1 It really sucks knowing that you're at the bottom of the queue at CSC because your NOA1 is before August 15th (no transfer to NBC or field office).

At least there's only one more month :dance: to go before we exceed USCIS' 5-month processing timeframe and gain the right to call them up and demand that they finish our cases! :help:

I finally called USCIS to see where my case actually is and they said it in the Dallas office with an adjudicator assigned on October 31st so I am hoping soon be soon!
