Oh boy! What a relief! ^_^:dance:There is an end to this madness folks... your time will come soon, I pray!

congratulation, was your case transferred to NBC anytime before it did get back to CSC

No, my case was always at CSC (no transfers) because my NOA1 date (9 Aug 2012) came before 15 Aug 2012 when USCIS began transferring cases from all service centers to field offices. :reading:

due Mar 5th...1 month from today :( and i tried to expedite due to pregnancy and it was denied today...i don't know what else to do....so many people getting approved and i'm not

Hi Ally, congratulations on your baby! From what I've read, expedite due to pregnancy is not usually granted. You may get an NOA1 very soon, but I've read a lot on VJ about extra administrative processing for middle eastern men that could last average one year :( Hope for the best, but you have to prepare your mind for the worse.

I know it's hard, but try to have a healthy rest of your pregnancy with as little stress as possible. I hope your husband has family that can visit you and the baby. I have seven-year-old twin girls whose birthday is March 8th. Their father wasn't around. I remember how that was for me... You will find the strength to get through it, then your husband will come. You can do it!

Best wishes,

Treva

Hi Coolguy,

I think if your case stayed at NBC it would have been processed already.

I have no idea how they decide who stays at NBC and who gets transferred onward to a local field office. I got confirmation that my case is at Atlanta where they don't want to be bothered because they're too busy already with their workload of Adjustment of Status cases and Naturalization cases. Our stand alone I-130's have been sitting there collecting dust not been reviewed yet or assigned to anyone. It doesn't seem fair at all, and some of us who were transferred there have started writing letters to complain.

A phone call to USCIS, speaking to a tier two "officer" might confirm where your case is right now. Or, better yet, make an infopass appointment to be able to go into your local field office and ask.
