talked to tier 2 iso, we are working on august 5th, cant file e request because its not beyond processing times of 5 months, but i am at 5 months and 2 days, " these are just goals" so when is it beyond processing time? " try back in 1 month"

they told you they are working on august 5 th. is that for NBC. which center he was talking about? because we know VSC are still in june

I have no idea, my case started in california, went to missouri, now supposedly in chicago, cant remember which person told me what. not changing my timeline because i have no idea anymore where it is.

I got the following email from USCIS this morning. This is the only communication I received from them since my NOA1, 179 days ago. Is this an indication that my case is finally being adjucated?

I can't believe it... got another email from USCIS today saying that it's finally approved!

We waited for 180 days (exactly 6 months if 1 month is 30 days long) after NOA1 from CSC!

Oh boy! What a relief! There is an end to this madness folks... your time will come soon, I pray!

Feel hurt!Some people only waited 2 or 3months to get approved.Why those in VSC are waiting so long time.Don't they notice this problem?Will be 6months in Feb 13th.Seeems need to wait two or three more months.

Soooo happy for you! You did your six months, and CSC came through like they're supposed to. CSC rocks! They're approving August filers! VSC is on June, but hey at least they're predictable because they go in order that petitions were received.

It's us who got transferred around who wait for who knows how long (28 days? or 28 months? who knows?)

Enjoy your happy moment, and wishing you a speedy NVC process!

I'm sorry friend, if your petition is still at VSC, then it looks like you will probably have to wait until April... I know, it's not very fair or balanced and could never be, unless they one day all get processed at the same huge place.
