I filed my AOS paper work on March 30, 2012 and the priority date on my I797 is April 6th, 2012. In May I was transfered to CSC for faster (slower) processing depending on how you look at it. It is coming up to the 5 month mark here in the next couple weeks. Was just wondering how many people are in the same position as myself playing the old waiting game for their GC. When I try to look up processing times it only provides the I485 Adjustment of status for work related petitions. How come they don't provide processing times for the I485 for Adjustment of status for family related petitions? Just courious as to what my next steps should be or how long I should expect to wait before I contact USCIS for an update on my case?

Ours was sent March 18th. We're still waiting.....

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

We were transferred to CSC on January 27th, still waiting. Contacted congressman and senators but no luck.
