What to Do?

So I emailed my Consulate in Casablanca Morocco and They keep saying they haven't received my case.. So I called the NVC 3 times since and they keep insisting it was sent out at the date in my signature.

What can I do to track this because its not popping up in DHL and I am getting worried it is lost!

There's nothing else you can do but keep calling. My friend is in same state. Case sent to embassy July 26 they say. But embassy doesn't have , DOS doesn;t know nor NVC. Just keep calling. It will show up. When I called NVC on the 21st they said it was sent out the 20th. I checked the DHL website everyday and it was there. As of 11:23am Morocco time it was signed at the consulate. So it only took 3 days to get there. I would keep bugging them. Did you get a waybill # for dhl?? My friend figured my number for me so I was able to check. I hope you figure it out soon. Good luck
