Hello VJ-ers,

Does it matter where the non-USC is from when I-130 is being processed (for the first step - getting NOA2), does anybody know? Do they process curtain countries slower for whatever reason? I know this is not an easy question but maybe some of the people who have been on this web site longer noticed a differece between countries.

MENA countries typically go through some additional background checks.

Some other higher fraud countries take a little longer, but there is no "official" list.
