Over 10 days after approved vIsa interview in GZ

What news from the DoS Hotline?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

First off, a BIG thank you for the prompt replies, all the suggestions, and support. You guys are great --- seriously.

Having not seeing most of your replies yet, I called the NVC @ +1603-334-0700 hoping to see if they could give me an update on our application's status. (Now that I've read your responses) They correctly told me that they (the NVC) didn't have this information and is only there to facilitate the transfer of our K1 application from the USCIS to the Guangzhou Consulate. They then advised me to call the GZ consulate though they couldn't provide a specific number, person, or department to call.

Additionally, my fiance has been checking her EMS tracking number everyday since her interview. It doesn't look like it has been sent yet as the EMS number could not be found on the EMS package tracking system website.

I will call the number suggested above tomorrow and keep you appraised of our application status.

Once again, you guys are truly awesome. Thank you all the support.

For those of you who still have open cases --- I wish you all the best as well. I took a quick look at each of your timelines --- and sincerly hope you can cap this truly "Visa Journey" with successful result soon!!!

Is she checking on line or calling? EMS's online system can be a bit sketchy. My wife called and was actually able to get the delivery guys mobile number and called him every 10 minutes.

Just called the number referred by A&B, got a "Human", and provided our NVC case #. She said that our case was "pending" and but also noted that our case was "quite good" after checking our case on her system. I'm not sure what she could see on her system or what the "quite good" was referring to, but I'm still holding my breath until my fiance recieves her visa in hand!

Will keep you guys further posted as things progress.
