I know who the governor is and was, I live very close to New Orleans... You don't... What on earth does Katrina have to do with the RNC? The RNC in Tampa is this year, 2012. Why are you confusing this with 2005? Why would you confuse a category 5 hurricane with a Tropical Storm? They are completely unrelated. Would you like to compare apples and oranges next?
