On the USCIS website it says to file at the Dallas Dropbox location but I looked on the VJ site and it only shows visa's being approved from Vermont, California, and Nebraska. Can anybody shed some light on where I should file?

you will send the petition to Dallas lockbox then they will forward it to the service center where you belong geographical location wise :)

Mail to the drop box and then they will forward it to the appropriate service center. You don't get to choose which one, they do.

The service centers are only Vermont and California now. The Dallas drop box is correct and listed on the I-129F instructions. It is then forwarded to Vermont or California depending on what state you live in.

Nebraska does not process them, and neither does the Texas Service Center you have listed in your profile. Only Vermont and California adjudicate K-1 petitions. Always follow the most current form instructions from the USCIS site. You cannot go wrong by doing so : http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Once you get your NOA1 receipt from filing, you will know which service center is handling your case. Case # that starts with EAC is at Vermont. Case # that starts with WAC is at California.
