Hi All,

Sorry for the vent but I'm seriously pissed off right now. I just called to get a status update and speak to a human being about this. I escalated and spoke to the officer about my concerns. Instead to tells me that she disagrees with my concerns and hangs up on me. I'm absolutely infuriated. Everyone, has anyone had this experience where USCIS pisses you off this much?

What were your concerns? You are not outside of processing times. You are just about at the 5 month mark.

Just be patient, your timeline shows that you should be processed around end of September. This is the hardest part of the process :clock:

I would be JUST as pissed as you are. What exactly did you say to them.. questioning the RIDICULOUS processing times??????? Did you mention CSC? I would've called back if I was you, then again I can be a hot head.. LOL

05/02/12 - I-129F sent

5/04/12 - I-129F NOA1

11/15/12 - Approved I-129F NOA2 (6.5 months!!)

11/29/12 - NVC Received

12/10/12 - USEM Case Received

12/12/12 - Packet 3

12/21/12 - Packet 4

1/16/13 - Medical Exam

1/17/13 - Interview- computers crashed.... or so they claim!

1/28/13 - New interview date- Admin. Processing

2/4/13 - Denial- No waiver can apply

July 14 2013 - Moved to Vienna with my dog and 3 suitcases!
