I e-mailed Embassy for Packet 3, and they said they mailed it to fiance, what do I need to say in e-mail to get them to send me the info via either one of our e-mail addresses?

Thanks, :help:

Do you have the appointment date? Call the DOS and ask them for the appointment date. Then I emailed the embassy asking them for the appointment letter so that we can proceed with the medical appointment.

Most people do not get packet 3 for some reason but what your fiance need from package 3 is the DS 230 you can get it off the internet. When you get it fill out email the DS 230 to Kingston Embassy with out the DS 230 THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A INTERVEIW DATE. Your fiance can also send DS 230 by courier service like DHL or FEDEX.

Get the DS230 form from the internet, complete it and have your fiance to sign and scan it back to you. Email the scanned copy to the Embassy at KingstonIV@state.gov. Wait about 4 days and call the Department of State for your interview date. Once you are given the interview date, email the Embassy again requesting that an appointment letter be emailed to you ( I received mine the following day}. I hope this helps. I was given this information by another VJ member and it was extremely helpful.

Did everyone get their fiance to sign it before they e-mailed it, or did they use an electronic signature?

Thanks Everyone, I will try again. Fiance said when he went to pick up his mail yesterday, he did not receive anything.

Mine signed his and then scanned it and emailed it back to me. I sent it to the embassy.

I filled out the DS-230 form online, printed it off, scanned it, and emailed it to my fiance. He went to a local shop that does printing and scanning in Kingston. He printed it and signed it, then scanned it and emailed it back to me. I then sent the Embassy an email with the DS-230 attached. They emailed me the next day saying they received it.
