Hi, i've been checking out your website and it helped me through my process of petitioning my wife all along, now after our i130 was approved, i need to file AOS but my income is not enough and i have a joint sponsor, he is the head of his household with his wife ( not working) and 3 kids, and he already sponsored another couple about a year ago.

That's been said, and since he is the only one working, does his wife needs to file another i864? and i am so confused about what boxes i need to check in the part3 and part5 for his application?

i am about to start filling out mine and his application tomorrow and i will need a help asap please....it will be helpful if anyone had a similar case or an example of a filled i864 could post it here.

and i will appreciate any other tip or trick to help me out with the process.

thank you

Sounds like you haven't studied or don't understand the I-864 instructions. The working head of household provides an I-864 and the spouse an I-864a. The petitioner also provides an I-864. Don't forget to provide evidence of citizenship for the joint sponsors.
