missing documents . .what do i do???

I,m putting together my petition and a few quick questions if anyone could help . . . .I visited mu girlfriend in the philippines 3 different times and i have a few missing items several boarding passes . . .we traveled on boat to an island to spend some time together but i seem to be missing the boarding documents for that, but i do have itinerarys and other items such as hotel documents for everything else . . .DO you think ill be able to get by??

also, should i make a note someplace in the petition of missing items and where , on the contents page???

finally, fir my trip documents, should i just include the major ones such as plane and hotel OR do i need every single little thing such as luggage reciepts, taxi slips,meal reciepts ect . . . Thanks for the help

You don't need all of that stuff for the petition. You only need to have met in person sometime within the last 2 years and you need photos of the two of you together. All the receipts and everything else you can bring to the visa interview. If you don't have any, make another trip out there prior to the inteview and save everything from that trip. If you have photos together and you've met within the last 2 years then that will suffice for the petition.
