I'm in the UK and am the beneficiary, and after getting my NOA2 i'm now getting together the things i'll need for my interview.

Do I need my birth certificate, and if so, my situation:

I am a British Citizen, with British parents, however I was born in spain so I have a spanish Birth certificate..

Is this acceptable and if not, what do I do??

My Spanish Birth certificate specifies both of my parents names and says they are both British Citizens and it says my claim to citizenship is British.. So does this count ok for my Birth Certificate? I don't really see what other documentation I can acquire.

Also, is the police form I need from the ACPO records office?

Thanks!

You'll need your spanish birth certificate with translations to English. Someone with more experience may be able to tell you exactly what you need from them on that one. I believe you'll also need a police check from Spain as well no matter how old you were.

The Police certificate you need for the UK is indeed the one from the ACPO office

Birth certificate is fine. Get a translation if in Spanish. Yes to ACPO. If you will follow the embaassy link to documents for the interrview, they give details and further links.

I have my Spanish BC next to me and it is in English so that's a bonus.

On the London Embassy site it says "Police Certificates: Police certificates are required for all countries you have lived in for more than 12 months over the age of 16 years." And I lived in Spain til I was 3, so I'm hoping I won't need it, but I will make sure.
