Sponsor's I-864 (husband's) - include copies of all W2s and 1099s

Joint Sponsor's I-864 - include copies of all W2s and 1099s.

Don't think the letter explaining any differences is needed - USCIS will look at one field on the tax return to determine if your joint sponsor makes enough to meet the income requirements. I'm sure other's will chime in on this one.

Receipts for the photos are not needed.

If you are taking your husband's last name, be sure to use the new last name on the "family name" fields on all forms so your new last name are on the EAD and GD.

Happy filing!

joint-Sponsor is retired, so there is no 1099, or w2s.

I used a letter to explain income in that other tax form, just because at first glance you just see social security benefits: 19,000 , but gross income - 2000, which equal less than income required for household of 2 (19,000)

but in that other form he gets 15,000 more a year for a business liquidation, for 10 years

i like your cover letter. it is very straightforward and clear.

Quite impressive.

Simple and straight !! :thumbs:

No need for photo receipts.

- My (USC Spouse name) Bank statement with highlighted: utilities payment, and partial payment of Wedding dinner and vacation at xxxx

So, did you highlight the transactions showing payments of your utilities?

This looks interesting. How you did this?

Good Luck with your immigration journey !! :)

We submitted photo's using Walgreens photo collage which puts several pictures on an 8 1/2 x 11 page, and you can design and layout the pictures how you want. I think we had two pages of pictures in the package we sent and then we will bring some more recent pictures to the interview.

Your submission looks very thorough. We just did the the same forms last month and our submission was very similar. We also included a few affidavits in support of our relationship, and since her birth certificate also had errors, we submitted affidvits from her mother and aunt attesting to the facts of her birth.

thanks, this is how it looked like. I just copied the photos, 2 to 6 per page in a word document. and printed it, then decided to add dates by hand next to photo, since they didn't had timestamp, i took it from the file date. some images were snapshot from facebook, so they had uploaded date. I hope it works.

I could have make it look better using photoshop (I teach photoshop at the university) but i was lazy and just used microsoft word.

if you have digital copies of your photos, you can just use Powerpoint and put them together on portrait letter pages. you don't need a fancy photo manipulator. Resize the photos to fit more.

Exactly, power point or Word. I know how to use a fancy manipulator, but I just used word, it allows you scale it at whatever size you want.

I wanted to keep formal vertical, but it's definitely not the best format.

Vertical, You can only add 3 pictures size 6x4, or more if you make them smaller

BUT If you change page orientation to horizontal page (landscape), and select "narrow margins", you can add 4 photos 6x4.5 (passport page size), and it would look much better.

thanks, I saw somewhere that you should add them for I-765, so I did

worst case, they'll get rid of them.

I added the because my passport visa expired in june 2011, and the extension for OPT is in the I-20 forms

AND JUST NOW I AM SEEING A MISTAKE!! DAMN!

Everytime I had a copy of VISA, I should have added a copy of last I-20 with visa extension!!! My copy is not even in the same package than visas

Well, I hope they can see it. Should I do something?! Send 2 copies of my I-20 with a letter asking to be added to packages I-130 & I-765? :(

I. Form I-130 -> copy of visa

II. Form I-485 -> Copy of I-20

III. Form I-765 -> copy of visa

- My (USC Spouse name) Bank statement with highlighted: utilities payment, and partial payment of Wedding dinner and vacation at xxxx

So, did you highlight the transactions showing payments of your utilities?

Yes, I just highlighted it in my bank statements because all utilities are at my husbands name, since he was living here before me. It doesn't make sense to change contracts with different companies, since we are planning to buy a house in less than 6 months
