My mother's I-130 approved now at NVC what is next??

so finally after a year long my mother's I-130 was approved and forwarded to NVC and a case number was assigned later on I received and email to pay the 88 dollars which I did

then I sent the choice of agent form.. today I received and email to pay the 230$ for IV fees..

Can anyone please tells me what is next and what should I send I am lost!! or please post a link that walk me through what is next in details I don't wanna mess up anything. Thanks

2010-12-08: Packaged Sent.

2010-14-08: Package delivered to Arizona Pheonix Box.

2010-20-08: email and text from USCIS application processing.

2010-21-08: check cashed

2010-23-08: Notice of Action received in the Mail.

2010-25-08: RFE by txt and email - (mailed 24th)

2010-27-08: REF received by mail (Biometrics appt)

2010-17-09: Fingerprints and Biometrics appt.

2010-08-12: Case was moved to the local office in Detroit :)

2010-14-12: Interview letter received dated Dec8th

2011-01-18: Interview at 8 am in January 8th. YAAAAAAAAHO :)still was pending

2011-03-17: Approved and oath letter in the mail

2011-08-22nd: NOA1 recieved

I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, as a visa number becomes available. Filing and approval of an I-130 is only the first step in helping a relative immigrate to the United States. Eligible family members must wait until there is a visa number available before they can apply for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to a lawful permanent resident.

Call NVC at (603)334-0700, ask them for your mother case number and give the NVC your e-mail as well as your Mom's e-mail so they could contact you electronically. Get ready to pay for AOS (88 dollars) send DS3032, and then paid for DS230 (230 dollars).

Since you have paid the $88 already you must now send in the Affidavit of Support form and related documents. Pay the $230 which they asked for and then send in your DS-230 and supporting documents.

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

I filled in the affidavit of support form I just started my residency and I make about 47,000K a year I have 2 kids so do I make enough to bring my mother. The supporting document is Tax return, employment letter and Pay stubs...

I also already paid for 230$ should I go ahead and send the DS230 with the affidiative of support too.
