No acknowledgement of receipt for DS-230?

I'm sorry for not being patient or diligent enough to read all posts on this matter (if there have been any) but I would just like to know if the NVC sends an email to acknowledge receipt of DS-230? The courier I used for sending in my DS-230 claims that they have delivered it last August 6. Unfortunately, I couldn't track it online because the system of the local branch is down (according to them)...I still decided to trust them with my package since they're the official courier of the company I work in. At first, I figured that the NVC will contact me only after they've checked everything and decided that it's complete or lacking something but now I realized that for each of the previous steps, both the USCIS and NVC have been prompt in sending acknowledgments of everything we submitted to them aside from succeeding emails informing us if something is approved. Should I be worried that I didn't get any acknowledgment or should I just wait for approval/interview instructions? Thanks!

No, they don't send an email acknowledgement that they've received our documents, nor do they when our case is completed. The best way to find out the status of your case is to call them.

Thanks for responding to my question. I did ask my husband to try calling NVC about it but he's decided to wait until next week since the last email he received acknowledging his AOS/I-864EZ mentioned that he can call after 20 days which would be August 26 for us. I was just worried that my DS-230 package wasn't delivered to NVC and we'd be waiting for nothing. Thanks again!
