Hi everyone,

Question about these 2 forms I-134 and I-864 which one to use for the affidavit support? I am in Canada and will go for interview in Montreal and they say in Canada we use both, so I just want to make sure with someone who already pass this route..Thanks for the support :)

I-134 for interview stage and I-864 for Adjustment of Status (aka AOS)

This keeps coming up in the Canadian Forum because the website states that K1 applicants need to fill out I-864. (I know, confusing right?)

Here is a link that shows that K1 indeeds use I-134

The I-864 will be when you adjust status after married
