Hi,

Do Micheal and myself have enough Evidance for our Interview on the 31 October?

Both Drivers Licences .

G 325 for US as requested USCIS

Marriage Licence

Micheals Divorce Certificate

Noa K1 AND AOS Applications

Affidavit. Plus Evidance.

Wedding Photos. Plus Others

Only Electric Utiliy Bill . the last two months. Drivers insurance in both names.

Bank Accounts. My Accounts in the UK. Our two Joint Accounts with Chase.

Micheals and my Tax returns. Do i need mine from the UK.

Letter from a Atterney on adding me on Micheals deed on his Property. As the Original might not be back in time.

Micheal and i dont have Life Policies. As he doesNot believe in them.

Medical Insurance showing me on the Medical statements

Other Documents. Letters , Cards. Emails ect.

Medical Supplment Vaccination.. Not the actual Medical as that was done in London. Still within one year.

I,m a bit worried as i dont have a Utility bills for the telephone. THe phone company will only have one name on the account. We dont have any other bills.

Everything is photostated. In two different files. One original. The other one copies.

You have more than enough evidence, so don't worry. As long as they have the originals to see, they can keep any copies they want to add to your file.

Don't worry, your list of evidence and documentation is much more than most.

You just need to show that you are living together so tax return from UK is not needed.

At this point relax, you are ready for the interview.

BELLADONA_PH, You are confusing the AOS interview for the Visa interview, at AOS they are more concerned about proving a bona fide marriage, so evidence showing living together, commingled funds, insurance, finances is what is being looked for. Edited October 23, 2006 by YuAndDan

When you said marriage license, did you mean to say marriage certificate? Marriage license is not proof that you married.
