HI Vj,there is something happening here...we have a lawyer from the begining of our petition and from forum i read here....Our are Automatically assigned as agent and we suppose to be getting both AOS Bill and IV Bill together but i only got DS-3032 and AOS Invoice only in my email and my wife did get it too and i sgined on Payment Portal we can only be able to click AOS but IV bill not invoiced yet...........can anyone please explain what is happening? does that mean our Lawyer was not assigned as agent and i have to send DS 3032 and pay AOS bill on payment portal....can anyone please explain what is happening?

And also NVC made one little mistake in my home address they use to address me on DS 3032 that was sent to me......they mistakenly included letter ( i ) in between my address and it is not included, they should wrote Bodija but the wrote bodijia ......Does that mean or it doesnt matter i should leave it that way?

At the appropriate time, the NVC will send the Affidavit of Support fee invoice to the petitioner and the Immigrant Visa Processing fee invoice to the applicant or the applicant's designated agent. If an attorney is representing the applicant, the attorney will receive both invoices.

So call your attorney and find out if he received both invoices, if no them you will have to fill you DS3032 and appoint him(your lawyer) as your agent. Another recommendation is to call NVC and find out if you need to send the DS3032 or your lawyer is already appoint as you agent.

Follow this format to choice agent. Quick and easy email is the way to go!

This is very true my husband emailed his DS 3032 and it was less than a week and I had the email that I was appointed his agent. He used the template in the August NVC filer thread and poof it was done...

Your statement: "am waiting for the NVC to confirm it". Did you receive an auto-response email from the NVC after you sent in the template? If you did not, then it is most likely NVC did not get the email.
