My case was closed on July 31. Today is exactly 3 weeks and no interview yet. I have called NVC and all they keep saying is that they are waiting for an interview date from Lagos. I noticed that I am not alone. I don't know how long we are going to wait.

I spoke to someone who experienced the same thing a couple years ago during this time of year. It sucks, but all you can do is wait and be positive.

Ok. Do you have any idea how long it took for them to schedule the interview? Thanks.

My wife call NVC yesterday she was told that the consulate has finish scheduling interview for sept, that they hope our request will turn up by month of oct... we are still waiting

Your case was closed on August 3. I think they will schedule us for interview in October. September is out of the question.
