will there be a problem if we mailed our package using

03/09/2012 Sent first I-129F while deployed at Korea.. He only sent the form so we have to send it again.. lol

04/24/2012 Send second I-129F

05/01/2012 USCIS acceptance date routed to VSC

05/12/2012 NOA1

10/25/2012 NOA2

CR1 JOURNEY

09/26/2012 3rd visit

10/09/2012 Wedding

10/20/2012 I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox via UPS

10/22/2012 Filing Date

10/25/2012 confirmation email and text ( MSC )

10/26/2012 expedite request

10/31/2012 NOA1 hard copy

11/02/2012 NOA2 yay !!!!

11/05/2012 Case sent to NVC

11/13/2012 Case number/IIN assigned

11/16/2012 AOS fee bill and DS3032 ready

11/19/2012 AOS paid

11/20/2012 AOS shows paid/DS3032 sent

11/30/2012 AOS package sent( delayed coz of hubby's itrs grrrr...)

12/01/2012 DS3032 accepted

12/02/2012 IV fee bill ready

12/05/2012 IV bill shows paid

12/06/2012 IV packet sent

12/20/2012 case complete

01/15/2013 interview date scheduled (feb. 6, 2013)

01/22/2013 1st day of medical exam

01/23/2013 passed the medical exam !!!!

02/19/2013 Immigrant Fee Payment (165$)

Your I-130 was approved in 2 days from your NOA1 date.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Both addresses are pretty much the same and it will be delivered regardless. The question is what are you trying to mail to VSC???

Timeline

I-129F packages go to Dallas lock box. If it is an RFE package read your instructions and send it there. If it is another type of package (like a birthday gift) then I really can't say.

But no matter what the package it was requested with instructions that have the correct address in them.
