Holy crow!!! I would be calling EVERY DAY!

They actually got an RFE about 5 and a half months after NOA1. That's an RFE delay for ya.

Make sure you keep ontop of them with paperwork I waited almost a year to get my Visa due to lost paperwork. If anything is past 30 days call them. Also make sure you get the AOS paperwork in asap took 5 months just for the interview. Looks like i'l be in the USA almost a year before seeing a green card.

In the past, cases have been transferred to one service center or the other to balance out the case load. Right now, it would probably be a good idea to transfer some VSC to CSC if this deviation between approval rates is indeed caused by the case load
