It's in my signature and timeline. Only 4 months and 4 days, but if things don't speed up soon at VSC, I will be in line with the 6 or 7 monthers. You should fill in your timeline if you have already filed and/or received your first notice of action. It would give you an estimate of when you should expect to be approved, and it helps others' estimates as it adds to the statistics for members of this site. From your profile, it would seem that your petition went to CSC. The California Service Center is moving much faster than 6 months for most people on here. It is the Vermont Service Center that has slowed down considerably compared to CSC.

You need to call them. You're way past due for it. It could be that it fell through the cracks at some point and they lost it. Your call will prompt them to go look for it.

 Agreed. You need to get a hold of CSC and put in a Service Request. You are past due for your NOA2 generally speaking. CSC is moving fast approving way earlier than 6 months or longer. Your waiting time is not the norm at present.

I hope you do too. All you can do is wait now if they confirmed that your Service Request has been initiated. If after that 30 days is up, and you have not received any response, I would let them know and get your local congressman involved.
