Waiting for an Interview Date

Hi Charlotte, I sent our forms at around the same time and had it tracked and someone signed for it. I too have called the US number and the UK numbers wondering why its taking so long. I keep getting told the same thing. That it takes 2-4 weeks to process the forms to send out an interview. And that when an interview is scheduled then the system is updated. Did they advise you to resend the forms??

Glad to know we are not the only ones with the problem. Mark called and was told packet 3 was sent out to us on August 5, but he had already sent in the paperwork as prepared by our lawyer. The medical was also confirmed as received at the time, and as of Monday when our lawyer called, there was no interview date but the information had been received. I am going to try to call again tomorrow to see what's up.

I have my interview date!! It's on the 2nd of October, 2012 - two weeks from today! I'm so excited!!

14/01/2012: Mailed off I-129F

20/01/2012: NOA1

19/06/2012: NOA2 (no RFEs)

26/07/2012: Medical

02/10/2012: Interview Date - approved!

25/10/2012: POE - Chicago O'Hare

24/01/2013: Applied for AOS/EAD/AP

19/03/2013: EAD/AP approved

21/03/2013: AOS interview scheduled for 24/04/2013

24/04/2013: Interview - Approved!

11/05/2013: Green Card received.
