Well, I guess the title says it all!

I explored Excess Baggage and thought they were #######. Pickfords has been suggested to me.

Any other advice/ideas??

Received IV Bill 2006-09-26

Paid IV Bill 2006-09-27

IV Bill entered into NVC system 2006-10-02

Case Complete - 2006-11-21

K3 - First two dates are only approximate as did not keep exact record. Third date onwards is accurate

I-129f sent 2006-19-07

NOA1 received 10 days or so later.

Approval notice mailed from service centre to us 09/13/2006

Received approval notice two weeks later

Touched 14/09/2006

Case forwarded to London 10/03/2006

Have ignored K3 since then as we want the Green Card. Received a packet from Embassy around 10th Oct but did not note exact date.

we were recommended to Anglo Pacific and to date all they have gone through with us has impressed us so we will be using them

If you have family/friends visiting in the next few months ask them to pack an extra suitcase of some of the things you leave behind. Paul left important, but not 'I need this right now' stuff like winter clothes, a few things we'd bought while living together, video game equipment, etc and his family brought it over when they came for the wedding.

Other than that, I think you're stuck paying. Good luck!

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

18 Jul 04 - Police Certificate Requested

19 Jul 04 - I-130 sent

22 Jul 04 - NOA I-130 logged with INS

29 Jul 04 - DS230 sent

29 Jul 04 - Had vaccinations

14 Aug 04 - Police Certificate Received

30 Sept 04 - I-130 approved

30 Nov 04 - Received I-864 from co sponsor

04 Dec 04 - Sent DS2001

13 Jan 05 - Interview date 04 Feb 05

04 Feb 05 - VISA APPROVED!!!

08 Feb 05 - Proud owner of IR-1 Visa

09 Jun 05 - Arrived in the USA

24 April 09 - US Citizen
