Can anyone suggest a way to get NVC to communicate with USCIS???

Got a check list for our marriage cert and the court paper

which was submitted with everything to Immigration with I130 application in Dec 2011.

I have called NVC and was told to submit a written request (with the checklist and cover sheet) asking NVC to retrieve it from the file that was submitted and nothing. Called them...they said wait 20 days. I made an attempt by email and no response other than the automated one that confirms I sent NVC an email.

Last Thursday I received the same checklist AGAIN in the mail. I called NVC Friday evening and was told by a rep that she will ask a supervisor to look into it.

Has anyone ever gone through a similar frontloading situation where the papers did not process over to NVC?

I am currently awaiting the translation on the new ones my husband went to get...which I will send from Morocco when completed ...AGAIN ....But would like to have the case completed sooner with the originals they already have. Any suggestions?

Did you submit original documents to USCIS? If so, then you created a delay for yourself as USCIS only requires photocopies, it's the NVC that requires originals along with photocopies.

I and many others have posted time and time again to not send originals to USCIS, only photocopies. Save the originals for submission to the NVC.
