is there anybody here have the same problem on me? i have two kids petitioned,they request my I-864a which is i sent it right away and they got it the next day (thrusday).We called friday and my sons papers is now complete while my daughter is not and they said somebody is working for my daughters case and not put in the system yet the I-864a because we sent them 2 I-864a for both kids on one envelope with the kids MNL# plus their cover sheets.this morning got an email from NVC saying they still waiting for I-864a so they can process my daughters case,we called them and they cant answer why the one kid got the case completed and got his I-864a while the other one is still incomplete because they said still waiting for my I-864a.they said they cant find my daughters i-864a.i ask them what to do now and ask us to sent another one,my god we expedite this processing because of my mothers cancer and now they make everything slow.can anybody share about this matter?what do i need to do?thanks

I would send the form as soon as possible. They expidited you through USCIS, but you did not request expidite through NVC or you were not granted expidite through NVC.

you have to call NVC and ask for a supervisor then ask the supervisor to request that the package be reviewed again and ask them to look for the 2nd I-864 but first you have to get a supervisor at NVC and then once you get a SuperVisor at NVC you have to ask the Supervisor to request that the packet be reviewed again and be sure to remind the supervisor that there were two I-864s in there, one for each casefile but be certain to make sure that the Supervisor understands what you are asking for as it's totally useless to get a Supervisor then be unable to articulate clearly on the thing you need fixed.

Errors Happen. This can be fixed with a phone call.

they do expedite it from NVC to embassy but.they said soon as they get the I-864a we will get the appt for interview.embassy already contact us that dey are willing to expedite the interview as soon as they get the packet from NVC dat why i sent everything to them right away but NVC lost one of the I-864a for my daughter

just hang up with NVC and they said they disregards the other I-864a because we put it on one enveloped with the other one.,it should be 2 enveloped because it was a different case but all the packets,documents and even the applications we sent it in one enveloped for both kids. we even put cover sheets for each kids.this is ridiculous.i cant believe them that im one step away on the interview date and they screwed me up.they said to resend the form which is i have to do it.i dont have choice:(

Call again because thats not true. We mailed both applications for my wifes parents in the same envelope and not problems with the AOS. They screwed up and just dont want to say it. Talk to a supervisor and make them look for it.

i know its sucks that it was there fault and they are giving me a hard time now,i ask to the PI supervisor sue who's handling our case and the lady that we talked said the supervisor is busy and she will send her a message about our problem and let her call us back.but no calls at all.are they gonna call us or not i dont know.and how can i get hold of this supervisor that i called 3 times already and they all said shes busy in that moment.im going to try to call them again in the morning and see what they said.i should be done on this case but they screwed and want me to re send the I-864a.my husband even called them also and a lady hang up on him when he start bitching about losing the papers when they got the other one.thank you all for all reply.

Sometimes it's easier/quicker to just send them what they ask for even though you are not the one that made a mistake. If you kept copies, you can have it there overnight and be done with it. If you keep trying to get them to resolve their mistake, how long is it going to take? They lost the copy of our marriage certificate that I know that I sent, but I just sent another one overnight, and the next day it was approved. A bunch of you know what, but it was worth the extra cost to get another one over nighted and be done with it.

got a call from a supervisor and he said they found the AOS for my daughter and they reviewing it now and just ignore all their emails asking for another AOS.and hopefully we hear something good by tomorrow.thanks to GOD

It's really important to get a supervisor on that 'first call', though.
