Well I wouldnt be havin kids for one, if I couldnt take care of them. Second why do they look to the U.S. Maybe they should stand up against their own government and demand a change! NO dont do that, america will provide!

I agree, If you can't afford to feed yourself without commiting crimes to do so THEN DON'T HAVE CHILDREN!

That is unfair to children born into Poverty by people acting on their own for their own personal Agenda.

Don't have children if you can't provide for them, don't CONTINUE to have children if you can't support the ones you have.

My Javier didn't cross the desert either.

so why make it sound like he did?

The other Javier did. Lots of ones do. But mine didn't.

Well what is poor then? I mean can no money mean more in one country than another? I don't understand how there can be two people with no money, but one is poorer than the other because they're from a different country? How does that work?

The richer you are, the more money you can borrow from the bank ;)

People will break the law when the benefits outweigh the consequences. The solution is to raise the consequences.

EXACTLY!

Before becoming legal DID your Javier Work witout authorization?? DID HE? Did he drive w/out liscense?

IF SO Then he proved that he not only broke federal law by entering the country but he broke others as well.

Which questions his character!

It's probably not a matter of being brighter, but rather, what opportunity is available to you. The coyote he knew had an arrangement with a farm on the Texas border to let them drive on over. Honestly, I don't know exactly how it worked even.

That's correct. He is not legal, he is not in this country. He did work without authorization, he did not drive without a license.

If you're going to make it across the desert, it will be in approximately 3 days time. If you're taking any longer, you're not going to make it. Yes, it is risky. And like I've said before, I can only imagine the measure of desperation it would take to come to that as your only solution.

Desperation my #######! it is determination to break the law and take adavantage for their own personal Agenda becasue They Can not because they need to.

Once the border is closed their families will NOT starve.
