most famous case, mexican tuna fish.. to sell it in USA u have to have the dolphin free sticker, Mexican tuna fish is cheaper by 40-50 cents per can. So this mexican ship got this freakin dolphin, which was the 1st they accidentally caught in like 2-3 years, so US govt said 'oh, u can't be dolphin free certified' just for 1 freakin animal..

most recent case, Mexican Coca-cola (the one in glass cases) was selling more in the US, the Mexican Coca Cola, fresca, Manzana lift were kickin the local Coke's distributors, so they decided to ban it just because, after 1 year its available again..

but u see, everytime Mexico wants to export something, US uses Nafta and conveniently 'finds' a clause..

case still debating.. CEMEX, Mexican Cement company, has been accused a gazillion times of dumping, cuz their product is cheaper than US Cement.. and of course, they don't have dumping policies, the product is just cheaper

It is funny you mention that case because I studied it at school.. The US had a standard which said only dolphin free netting may be used to catch Tuna. Stock standard, Mexico did not oblige and continued to use standard netting, which kills dolphins.. I thought Mexico won the case in the WTO...

Only exporting produce is Mexico's fault. Brazil builds planes... Even the UK, Canada and AUS don't build jets... Just goes to show if your mind is in the right place what a country can achieve.. Look at China and what they have achieved.. This poor pitiful me excuse has been overdone in South America.. Funny how the region has no problems making billions off drugs. Drugs which have affected and destroyed millions of American's lives.. I guess it is different when certain South American nations gain at someone else's death.. Unlike those evil capitalistic US corporations who are creating jobs there..

oh forgot to add.. Mexico doesn't export a lot of other stuff than produce, beacuse mostly America is assembled in Mexico!! so US companies cannot export to themselves...

mhh some examples..

Jaguar-Ford, Hp, IBM, Solectron (who's in charge of Xbox,XBox360,TIvo, VCR's,DVD players).. Donna Karan, Kalvin Klein, Diesel, Levi Strauss, Logitech, and bunch of call center services as Sitel, Teletech, West corp, , etc etc etc.. plus all the maquila stuff made in the border, so u can't say mexico isnt exporting per se
