Proof of engagement

We've been asked to provide proof of our engagement on the DS-156K form for the K1_Visa.

Has anyone any idea how we can prove this i.e. what is acceptable proof?

Pictures, pictures and more pictures of her and family/friends and you. I actually had a family member take a picture as I proposed and put a ring on her finger.

Letters, cards, emails, chats, pictures, gift receipts, remittances, updated letters of intent, engagement ring receipt. These examples all provide evidence of an ongoing relationship.
