Some are fast some are slow, ours took a little time as well.

Be prepared though, this whole process is a big waiting game but luckily we have each other to cheer for each other and cry on each others shoulders!

hey, dont worry ! i was starting to worry too but we just got ours in the mail today. we filed on the same day :) perhaps yours is on the way yahoo!!!

i agree with you! no matter how much we want things to speed up but we cnt do anything but just wait... wait and wait...

I mailed the I129f packet last Aug. 10, 2012 thru express mail and it was delivered on Aug. 13, 2012 but I'm just wondering as to why I still didnt get any text or email confirming that they got my packet. Me and my fiancee are a little bit worried already... :(

DON'T WORRY, IT'LL ARRIVE SOON.. IT SAYS 7 TO 10 DAYS BEFORE YOU GET THE NOA1.. MY FIANCE FILED THE K1 ON AUGUST 8 AND HE GOT AN EMAIL & TEXT THAT SAID THEY GOT THE PAPERS ON THE 11TH.. AFTER 5 DAYS HE GOT THE NOA1 LETTER IN MAIL.

you will have it soon I already experience it before and I never had text or email notifications, but suddenly it just came via mail, and we are on CSC.I know for sure you will be CSC too sis, coz ur fiance was from MIchigan.hang up there u will have it soon..

It will come. I was on the same boat before, so I know what you feel right now... Just check if the cheque's already been encashed. If it is, then you're good (at that point it is most likely that they are already processing your papers). star_smile.gif Goodluck!

been waiting for more than 3 months, we still dont have our noa1 hard copy..

call uscis after 2 to 3weeks to check your case...

We got ours in 7 business days. Don't worry. You are dealing with summer vacations etc so my guess is they are just behind a bit. If you got your receipt they signed for it I am certain you are a week or two away from getting your NOA1

We mailed our I-130 August 8th to the Phoenix lockbox and still nothing. I'm not sure either whether or not to try to contact USCIS. I did get the postcard back in the mail saying it had been delivered. Can't track my money order without filling out a form at the post office. So I am in the same boat.... Hopefully we will hear something soon. I also filled out the form to get a text and e-mail and have not received those either.

Don't worry long as you sent it to the right place and your check was for the correct amount no worries. He was signed for so thats cool. It takes sometimes 2 to 3 weeks. I didn;t get a text or email. But I was constantly checking the Moneygram Money order and it was cashed before I got my NOA1 letter 9 days later.
