Well you can't expedite but you need to call USCIS request a tier 2 supervisor and demand to know what is going on. They will probably open a service request and give you the usual it will take 30 to 120 days r something. Just tell them its been 60 days since your RFE you returned.

Does your status say they have received it? What was the RFE? I mean was it something they have to investigate or look into further and that may be the delay?

Do call llike now?

In my case, I responded to my RFE on May 2012 and they (USCIS) told me that it is going to take 60 days to review and respond to the RFE. 60 days passed, but no update or NOA2.I called the customer service and complained and they told me to request for a service. I got an email from them and ther result of the service was to have me wait for another 30 days. 30 days passed and still no update or NOA2. I schedueld an Infopass and I talked to one of the officers face to face and he told me that someone just tookover my case and working on it since Aug7..........................I dont know what to do.....and I have no option but to wait...till when? really dont know.....
