lax liquor laws?

hi all

thought i'd post this incident as i think its hillarious!!!!!

hubby and i spent weekend in billings montana (halfway point). well friday night we went for mexican food, found this nice restaurant. ordered our food and ordered a frozen margarita to share, that was suggested by the waitress. Well it was a good thing we got one it was 64 oz. so the meal ends and we have this huge drink in front of us.

we get our bill and waitress says you want your drink to go. SURE so she comes back with 2 takeout cups full, but says we can't have straws. so back to motel room for margaritas. so funny. that wouldn't happen in canada.

any other states like that?

Container laws.

We have a chain here called Eskimo Hut, you have a choice of about 50 frozen drink options and they give it to you in a styrofoam cup in a sealed bag. It's even drive-thru.
